i resolved no to blog until i finish the first book of the three kingdoms, and finally i finished :). i got the books in beijing and i MUST finish them! Anyways it is suuuuuuper nice and therefore to discipline myself i shall write a whole reflection about it, just like how yihui reflects about everything. No Sarcasm here:).
it turns out, cao cao isnt all that bad and so wasnt lu bu. i was playing this game called dynasty warriors, and it totally pictured Lu bu as a violent and tyrant person, but to think that he saved Liu Bei in times of need and called him a brother and kept to his swear of being one. Well, sure it might have been for ulterior motives, but it certainly demonstrated the true spirit in Three Kingdoms. Cao cao is...ermm... quick to change. well, they all are... so deceptive. -->no more words here.
i was particulary annoyed with yuan shao and every other concubines in the story. i think they really ruined the story. for a start i thought yuan shao was cool and all, a really great general, but it turns out...not so much. He was indecisive, easily shaken, etc... no comments, now that he has died. anyways, did i mention how much i hate all the concubines and wives in the story? they so deceptive and they are all after the heir. they even mutate the other concubines and kill their sons to ensure a safe heir to themselves. i'm particulary annoyed with lady cai, liu biao's wife. evil woman, well, at least she got what she deserved in the end.
but Diao Chan was awesome. she's such a heroine and im so impressed by her act. liu bei was kind of a disappointment, but his advisers rock, especially Chen Deng and Shan Fu. :)))))) Here come Zhu Geliang. :) Book 2 is incoming, and i shall resolve maybe to blog more during the period, or is that a good thing?
